Australian Family Visas

The Australian Family migration stream aims to reunite immediate and extended family members with their eligible Australian relatives. Applicants wishing to migrate under the Family migration scheme must be sponsored by a close family relative who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen over the age of 18.

Partner Visa

A Partner visa enables a married and/or de facto partner to be sponsored by their Australian partner.

Prospective Marriage Visa

The Prospective Marriage visa enables partners to travel to Australia to marry their Australian fiancé.

Aged Parent Visa

An Aged Parent visa entitles retirement-aged parents to be sponsored by their children in Australia.

Parent Visa

A Parent visa enables parents to be sponsored by their children living in Australia to join them permanently.
